iTableTM

iTableTM is completely adjustable wire table with control of drainage and stock activity during entire sheet forming process. Unlike traditional system, drainage and stock activity are control through adjustable jet landing v/s forming board position, angle of the foils, height of the foils, and vacuum levels in low and high vacuum areas. With the first commercial installation in 2006, over 150 iTableTM have been installed worldwide till the end of 2022.

Edge/Wave Control

We have 2 solutions (Edge Control / Wave Control) to eliminate and/or control the edge waves on the initial wire table after the exit of head Box slice. In wave control, the stock is channelled between the baffle blade and curl block sending that straight down the table and thus eliminating the edge waves and heavier GSM on both sides of deckle. To submit our offer, we just require minimum and maximum slice opening, paper grades, machine speed range, slice width, wire width , and some pictures & videos of the problem being faced.

Run-off Alarm

JUD faric run-off alarms are installed in pairs on the front side and drive side and give warning on imminent felt or fabric run-off Inductive switches are used in wet end. In dry end, mechanical switches that are heat resistant to 150o C are used. The electric signals can be used by the machine control system as an alarm for the operator or to shut off the drives. Suitable for all positions.

JetVision

JetVision continuously monitors the jet cut-through by mounting a camera on the machineframe. It provides the operator with a view through the TotalVision™ software interface.

LineVision

LineVision gives you the tools to operate your machine with the wet line at the right spot. This is essential to achieve the highest paper quality and runnability. If the wet line reaches the combining roll, where two plies meet, it can adversely affect paper quality (bonding of the plies strength, etc.). On the other hand, running the wet line too close to the headbox will reduce paper quality due to the reduced sheet forming area.

TableVision

With TableVision, cameras track the stock activity on the table, and an image analysis software assigns an activity index number to each dewatering element. This provides a real-time profile of stock activity – from the forming board to the wet line.
